During every day use of the PROquote EWI system or the web site, it may be necessary to collect customer and user information as follows:

Procost Solutions provides the data store for the PROquote EWI software but does not own the data stored within it. The data stored within the system is the responsibility of the company using PROquote EWI and it is the responsibility of that company to deal with their data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Any data collected during the use of our web site will not be shared with anyone without your prior permission other than data that does not identify you, web site data is typically used to analyse trends and no personal data is collected other then data entered into the contact form.
Procost Solutions is committed to ensuring that yours and your customer’s data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the data that is collected through the PROquote EWI system.
As the custodian of the PROquote EWI database, Procost Solutions will not share or publish to any other person or organisation the contents of the database. Each organisation using PROquote EWI has its own separate database and file store area. To alleviate any doubt, data stored for one company cannot be accessed by any other company.
The data stored in the PROquote EWI system will be retained for as long as the data owner requires it. However, it is the responsibility of the data owner to remove any customers they no longer need for quote or warranty purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
